Dates and Deadlines:
- August 25th by 5:00PM – Application and full payment due for all spaces.
- Aug 26th – last day for $30 late fee.
- Sept 16-20th – Confirmation packages and booth assignment will be emailed to all confirmed vendors.
- Sept 21st – If you have not received your
confirmation package, please email us at
asap. - Sept 30th – Oct 5th – Due to our focus on event setup, our ability to communicate with the HSPAA team will be limited. Please ensure any questions or concerns are addressed in advance.
- Oct 20th – Rain Date. Unless showers are
predicted for the entire day, the event will proceed
as planned. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER.

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the 3rd Annual Filipino American Festival. This annual one-day event attracts over 100,000 people to our beautiful Harvard Square in Cambridge. Due to our limited number of vendors, our application process operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
Y ou must complete this entire application and submit your business license (all vendors), and food service application, ServSafe, and Allergen certificates (food vendors only) by August 26th in order to be considered. Failure to submit all required documents in a single email will result in placement on the waitlist. Premium members of HSPAA will be exempt from the waitlist.
