City of Cambridge – Temporary Food Service Application (2025)
⚠️ Must provide copy of ServSafe certificate & establishment license if not a Cambridge restaurant.
Food Truck Vendor Application (2025)
⚠️ Please also include a completed a City of Cambridge food application and return with ServSafe and Allergen certificates and a copy of your establishment’s license.
40th Annual MayFair and the 3rd Asian Street Food & Music Festival (2025)
Dates and Deadlines:
- April 11th by 5:00 PM – Application and full payment due for all spaces. If space is available, late applications will be accepted subject to the $30 late fee.
- April 28th to May 2nd – Confirmation packages and booth assignment will be emailed to all vendors.
- May 1st – If you have not received your confirmation package by Thursday, May, 4th, please call our office at 617-259-8678.
- May 4th – Unless showers are predicted for the entire day, the event will proceed as planned. Please visit harvardsquare.com after 4:00PM on the Saturday prior to the event to learn if the festival will go on as planned.
- RAIN DATE: May 18th, 2025
- NO REFUNDS after April 18th, 2025
